Setting up your organization's workspace

Your workspace is the central hub for all privacy management activities.

Creating a Workspace

When you first sign up, you'll create a workspace with:

  • Organization name
  • Industry sector
  • Primary regulatory framework (PDPL)
  • Data processing overview
  • Team Management

    Invite team members and assign roles:

  • Admin: Full access to all features
  • DPO: Privacy program management
  • Analyst: Assessment and reporting
  • Viewer: Read-only access
  • Settings

    Configure workspace-level settings including:

  • Notification preferences
  • Audit log retention
  • Integration connections
